The International Residential Code (IRC) is published by International Code Council (ICC) and accompanies the B1 Exam Prep Manual.
The B1 Residential Building Inspector Certification Exam administered by ICC is an open book exam. Exam applicants must provide their own copies of the IRC. The 2009 IRC (softbound copy) may be purchased from us at a discount.
