In Flash Card Study Mode, you can choose the exam you want to study. Flash Cards allow students to easily view the question, keep track of their progress, and even choose to study only questions they've answered incorrectly.  The Exam Simulation Mode allows you to take a stricter timed test, formatted closely to the ICC Exam. In this mode, students are not able to view the answer or explanation. Upon completing the exam, you will be provided with your score and a detailed break down of questions answered incorrectly along with the correct answer choice.

International Residential Code 

The International Residential Code (IRC) is published by International Code Council (ICC) and should accompany the B1 Exam Prep Manual. The B1 Residential Building Inspector Certification Exam administered by ICC is an open book exam. Exam applicants must provide their own copies of the IRC. The IRC (softbound copy) may be purchased from us at a discount.
